Products that are purchased directly from the No Ordinary Moments websites may be returned by you within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase for a full refund less shipping and handling.
We do require an RMA, please submit a request by clicking the contacting customer support team at Hey@noordinarymoments.co with your order number.
If you send a return without an RMA, we’re not going to know that it was sent back, and no action will be taken. Please be sure to get an RMA first before sending a return.
Returned items must be unopened. If you already opened the product and were not satisfied, please submit email our customer support and they will be happy to help.
