Chris Baker of No Ordinary Moments meeting Russel Brand
The Tapping Solution - The Power of Letting Go of Negative Energy and Anxiety

Read time: 1 min

Here is a little story for you all...

I was walking out of one of my favourite restaurants..

(The Post Ranch Inn, Big Sur, California.)

When I bumped into a certain gentleman...

"I know who you are! You're Russel Brand!"

"No I am not"

He said with a cheeky smile :)

I have been a big fan of Russell and his journey lately.

Having read his book; (Recovery, Freedom From Our Addictions)

And being an avid listener to his vlogs on Youtube.

Russell recently recommended in one of his vlogs, about an app called The Tapping Solution.

For the last week, I have been sitting down each morning after I do my breathing routine on the Whim Hoff App, a different type of meditation that I find very powerful.

So here is a little bit more about tapping and the benefits and power behind it.

What is Tapping/ EFT/ Emotional Freedom Technique?

A holistic and powerful alternative healing technique that looks into overcoming physical pain and emotional distress, by releasing energy through the meridian points around your body.

How does EFT Tapping work

Using use your fingertips to tap gently 5-10 times on the 9 specific energy hotspots  around the body, can restore balance in your body's energy and relieve negative energy such as; anxiety, anger, fear, worry, sadness or guilt.

The key tapping points for tapping meditation

Some of the Benefits of Tapping...

  • Reduce Stress
  • Lower Cortisol
  • Improve Sleep
  • Reduce Anxiety
  • Relieve Pain
  • Increase Productivity
  • And much more!

How to start tapping...

The Tapping Solution app is free and easy to use, and is available on android and Iphone.

Each morning you can chose a free guided tapping meditation within their app.

I personally find them very powerful, and if you have not coming across the power of tapping.

Then perhaps this is a little sign to give it ago :)

Until we tap together again :)

Chris
