What are Chaga mushrooms?
Grown in the northern hemisphere, chaga mushrooms are all the new rave! Many eastern countries use them for health benefits, but now the western world wants to tap into having a mushroom that can fight inflammation, high blood pressure and boosts the immune system.Not only are they a healthy alternative, but they can reduce diseases and the risks of cancer.
The mushrooms , which grow on birch trees are full of antioxidants, which reduce any damage of cell oxidation. Although they don’t look like the most appetising ingredient, they are very beneficial for our wellness.

What do Chaga mushrooms do?
