Second review - really lke the drink. Got the deal with the travel mug suprsingly good quality.

I was very sceptical, having used quite a few things like this. Initially didn't do anything, but I emailed Chris, who just said to keep going. Now 20 odd days in I do think I am sleeping better, I take it about an hour before sleep and feel like I nod off that bit faster, and wake up less in the night. I feel more rested, nothing life-changing, but just a bit more rested.

I have been using these capsules for almost a month, and it has really been amazing. I initially thought I wouldn't see any real difference since I had a magnesium supplement with different types of magnesium, but the difference blew my mind (or sent it to sleep).

My Oura ring backs it up to, I feel better rested, and more with it in life in general.

Like most I was sceptical. My sleep has been bad for years and years I have tried all sorts of different things that have not worked. So, I wondered if this was yet another product with BIG claims and no results, but decided to give it a try anyway. I am so so glad.

It really does work!! I have been using it for a few weeks now, and the benefits come on gradually, but I can tell you that I fall asleep easier, I don’t wake as much through the night, and when I do, I get back to sleep. I recommend anyone to try this. It is not a first-night miracle, but you will start to feel the benefits slowly after a few weeks.

The pills are also not too big, which is very nice x

Ordered on subscription for ever 2 weeks because I love it!

Tastes lively & really works

Not for me. This tastes overwhelmingly of coconut fat (listed as coconut milk in the ingredients), which I find unpleasant (although I have no problem with coconut milk in tins). If this was left out I think the drink would be so much better, so you could just make it up with hot milk of your choice. For me this was a horrendously expensive mistake!

Love sweetner and sugar free! So clean. I make in my velvitiser with oatmilk and sleep like a baby, wife loves well and she sleeps great as well.
