How long does it take to feel the effects?
Everyone is different, so it depends on you and which product you're using.

Do you use only the fruiting bodies?
Yes. We only use mushroom fruiting bodies, which is where the highest concentration of beneficial compounds is found.
The one exception is Chaga. Chaga doesn't produce a classic fruiting body. Instead, it forms a sclerotium, which is a dense, hardened mass of fungal material that grows on wild birch trees over many years. The sclerotium is considered the most valuable and nutrient-rich part of the Chaga mushroom, and it's what we use.
I'm pregnant. Can I drink your products?
Congratulations! We'd always recommend having a chat with your doctor or midwife before trying any new supplement during pregnancy.
Our products are completely natural and free from fillers, added sugar, and artificial sweeteners, but your doctor will know what's best for you and your baby.
Which products are caffeine-free?
Moksha, Aurora, and Hypnos are all completely caffeine-free, so you can enjoy them at any time of day without affecting your sleep.
Javasu contains around 80mg of caffeine from low-acid Colombian coffee (roughly the same as a standard cup of coffee, but smoother and easier on the stomach thanks to L-theanine).
Zencha contains natural caffeine from ceremonial matcha.
Is there any sugar, sweeteners or flavourings?
No. We are very proud to use no sweeteners, artificial sugars, added sugar or flavouring in any of our products.
Can I cancel my subscription?
