Read so many great things about lion's mane and this is a very easy way to get a bit in everyday. I try to have a dropper most mornings and then wash in down with coffee.

The difference in subtle, but I can feel the positive impacts. Especially on the days I don't take it, I notice the difference more.

Deep Sleep

I have been using Chill for 3 days and immediately I am sleeping better. I know this as I am not tossing and turning before I get off. Also, my bedclothes are more or less unmoved! Plus I find the mushroom aroma deeply reassuring. I now feel I have a secret weapon to aid sleep.
